The hotel was excellent, clean, decent room size!

"I booked as it was centrally located within Edinburgh, ease of reaching city central, good bus locations, shops etc. The hotel was excellent, clean, decent room size and nice high ceiling. 
Parking is very good as there is ample amount of free parking space behind the hotel. Great for walking to City Centre, or great Bus links. Also so much to do if you like hiking, as there was Arthur's Seat which was amazing to hike, best part was the views of Edinburgh, total 360 degree view of the city. Walking distance from Holyrood Park which had great outdoor activities, and not to mention Scottish Parliament was very close by."

The accommodation was extremely comfortable and immaculately kept!

"We have just stayed for three nights 4th 5th 6th Dec 2021 from the time we walked into the hallway we were greeted and made to feel welcome ,the accommodation was extremely comfortable and immaculately kept, it is a credit to the hosts Margaret David and Melanie for all the hard work they put into it ,we would not hesitate to stay again and would certainly recommend it."
